REGISTRATION FEES (in EURO)

The reduced registration fee is only applicable, if it has been credited to the congress account before the respective deadline. Registering before the deadline without performing an actual payment is not sufficient to benefit from the reduction. Please note that a different fee applies for onsite payments and registrations. Prices include tax.

Please provide a copy of a Student‘s ID or a confirmation signed by the head of department at the moment of your registration to the email adress info@bledgenetics2025.com clearly indicating the name of the participant (valid for graduate students and post graduate students).

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by mail or fax to the conferrence office. Registration fees may be refunded as follows:

Written cancellation received:

• before 20 June  2025 - 75% refund

• between 20 June and 15 September 2025 - 25% refund

• after 16 September - no refund
